Artist Lotti V Closs explored the interaction between our basic human needs, sculpting the complex and interrelated relationship through the lens of well known social theory; Abraham Maslow’s ‘Hierarchy of Needs’.

Lotti’s work formed the foundation of our Self Care Workbook. Compiled by social workers and teaching specialists, the workbook guides you through your own personalised self care assessment and action plan.
